PRIVATE EQUITY
Our areas of expertise lie in structuring transactions and raising equity and debt finance. Our experience allows us to structure transactions to accommodate requirements of existing and new shareholders.
In private company disposals, we have expertise in valuing businesses and provide a quick and realistic indication of likely realisation value. We conduct sales efficiently to mitigate professional costs.
